Hey everyone! I've been dealing with some annoying issues on my PC lately. It's 5 years old and has been pretty reliable until now. Recently, I've noticed that the keyboard and mouse aren't responding, even though their RGB lights are still on. The screen also goes blank while the PC is still running, and the only way to get everything working again is to restart. To top it off, I've been getting the dreaded blue screen of death (BSOD). Anyone have any ideas on what's wrong? Is it time to say goodbye to my trusty machine? By the way, I've uploaded a dump file for anyone who can help analyze it. Here's the link: [dumpfile link].

To give a proper diagnosis, having those dump files would be really helpful. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash logs. Zipping them up and sharing them can provide a clearer picture of what's going wrong. If you have just one dump file, it's still worth uploading it! You've got a few options for file sharing like mediafire or catbox.moe these days.
That sounds like a good plan!
Sounds like you might be dealing with some serious issues there! The fact that your peripherals are still lit but unresponsive could indicate problems with your RAM or storage drive. Definitely back up your important files just in case! If you can, try to get the error code from the BSOD—it'll help us figure out what's going on. Let me know if you need guidance on how to find that!
How do I check for the error code on the BSOD?
I actually got a code when it crashed. I'll look it up!
I'll get the dump files ready and share them.
