I recently picked up a free Dell Optiplex 9020, but it was missing RAM and the HDD. I spent a total of $65 on refurbished components: a PNY GTX 970 graphics card, 16GB of Team Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1333MHz RAM, and two 256GB Kingston SATA SSDs. I'm using a 650-watt EVGA SUPERNOVA power supply that I already had. I built this computer for my little sister since she's never had a PC before. The 9020 has an Intel i7-4790 (just the standard version) and seems to run pretty well with good temperatures on Windows 10. Any advice on whether this setup is usable or if I should do anything different?
