Hey folks, I built my PC about two months ago and it's been fantastic! I have a 9070XT paired with a 7800X3D. I previously gamed on a 1080p monitor, but I recently upgraded to a 1440p monitor. I noticed that while playing Horizon Zero Dawn, my GPU utilization hits 100%, regardless of whether I set the graphics to low or max settings. My CPU seems to be doing just fine, and the GPU temperature stays around 55°C. I'm a bit concerned about the loud fan noise when it reaches 100% utilization. I read that this might be a good sign since it means my GPU isn't being bottlenecked? I didn't experience this issue with my 1080p setup, but I assume that's because 1440p requires more rendering power. Any insights would be greatly appreciated, as I'm still pretty new to building PCs!

What you're experiencing is actually what you want! A GPU running at 100% utilization means it’s being fully utilized, which is a good thing for gaming performance. It's totally normal, especially at 1440p, where more pixels need to be rendered. Just keep an eye on your temps, but around 55°C is great!
