I'm piecing together a PC build with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, and I've listed out all my parts. I've chosen the Inno3D GeForce RTX 5080 for my graphics card, and I'm a bit unsure if it's a good choice or if I should go for a different motherboard or GPU altogether. I found these parts on a pre-build site but I'm not very savvy with hardware. Can anyone spot any issues or suggest obvious upgrades? Here's a breakdown of my build:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - $439.95
- CPU Cooler: Corsair NAUTILUS 360 RS - $159.99
- Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B850-PLUS - $189.99
- Memory: Kingston FURY Beast 32 GB DDR5 - $479.00
- Storage: WD_BLACK SN7100 2 TB NVMe - $364.99
- Video Card: Inno3D X3 OC GeForce RTX 5080 - $1611.48
- Case: Fractal Design Meshify 3 XL - $184.99
- Power Supply: Phanteks AMP GH 1000 W - (price not listed)
- **Total Estimated Cost**: $3430.39

Consider getting all your components separately; buying a pre-built might cost you more in the long run, especially since prices can vary a lot. You might find better deals at places like Newegg or MicroCenter. Plus, what games are you planning to play? Knowing that could help with recommendations!
If you're spending this much, I'd strongly suggest going with a 3-slot version of the 5080 instead of that Inno3D card. The Gigabyte Gaming OC is often priced at around $1499 and is a much better option. Don’t settle on something just because it’s available; it’s worth it to invest a little more if you’re aiming for performance!
You can check this link to see the Gigabyte model: [Gigabyte Gaming OC 5080](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7P3WGX/gigabyte-gaming-oc-geforce-rtx-5080-16-gb-video-card-gv-n5080gaming-oc-16gd). It's a solid upgrade without breaking the bank!
Also, unless you’re fully in the Corsair ecosystem, you might want to avoid the Corsair AIO cooler. A good twin tower cooler would be more cost-effective and still efficient for the 9800X3D unless you're overclocking.
Not sure about Inno3D either. It's a bit suspicious how low the price is compared to the other options available. The main alternatives on the site are ASUS and Gainward, which cost significantly more. Chances are, there’s a reason for the price difference.
Inno3D is pretty well-known outside of the US and their GPUs are decent, but that specific model is on the smaller side. It might not cool as efficiently as larger cards, possibly running hotter or louder. If you can, I'd recommend checking out a more robust option like the Gigabyte Gaming OC—it’s usually a better deal and performs better.

I'm from Norway, and the prices here are quite different. I usually wait for a good customizable pre-build sale and tweak it. Just hoping this build is sensible or if I should swap out some parts for better performance.
