Is My AMD Ryzen 5 7600X Enough for My Gaming PC Build?

Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building a new gaming PC and have already picked up some parts, including my CPU. I've got the AMD Ryzen 5 7600X with a speed of 4.7 GHz and 6 cores. I'm worried about running into bottlenecking issues with this CPU for gaming. Do you think it's powerful enough, or should I consider upgrading? Also, any other suggestions or tweaks for my setup? Just to note, I'm currently stuck with WiFi for internet.

You probably won't need to worry too much about that CPU being a bottleneck at 1080p; it should do fine for most games. Just remember, at higher resolutions like 1440p, the GPU is usually the first place you'll hit a bottleneck instead.

I hear you on that. I’m also looking to game at 1440p 144Hz. Do you think that would still put the GPU ahead as the bottleneck?
