Is My Budget PC Build for Gaming Good?

I'm putting together a PC for my boyfriend who loves playing games like Battlefield 6, Elder Scrolls titles, Fortnite, and Helldivers 2. My goal is to keep the total cost around $1200-$1500, including a 1440p monitor. However, I've already gone a bit over budget, so I'm looking for ways to save some money. Here's the build I've come up with. What do you think? Should I make any changes? I'm particularly unsure about the GPU, but I'd appreciate any advice on other components too.

It really depends on how much you're shelling out for that 4070. If it's over $450, consider the Zotac RTX 5070 for about $500 instead. Also, don't bother getting extra fans; your case already comes with three, and they won't be visible since they're behind the motherboard.

I'm switching to the 5070 and getting some better RAM now, which helped cut down the cost. But are three fans really enough? I keep seeing conflicting advice on fan counts. Do I only need more if I'm going for a high-end setup?
