Is My Cable Management Too Messy?

I recently had my PC built at a local store, and I've noticed that my RGB lights are flickering. Upon inspecting the build, I found what looks like poor cable management. There are a lot of cables sitting on top of the ARGB hub, and the metal side of the case isn't flush because of the bulging cables; it practically popped open when I unscrewed the back. I'm a bit shocked since I'm not very experienced with PC building. Should I take it back to the store for them to fix the wiring? I tried reseating the RGB pins and lifting the cables off the hub, but that didn't help stop the flickering. It doesn't seem to be an issue with conflicting RGB programs either. Lol, don’t worry about it too much! Mine’s a total mess too. As long as the temperatures are good and you can reach the cables when you need to, who cares? I'd rather spend time gaming than tidying up cables!

While it's true that the front view matters more, it's pretty concerning that you paid for a build and it looks so shabby in the back. You might want to consider talking to them about it; they should’ve done a cleaner job especially given the price you paid.

What exactly do you mean by 'atrocious'? What's wrong with the back?

Honestly, it looks okay. The front is what really counts for aesthetics; the back doesn't need to be perfect. As long as it doesn’t interfere with functionality, a little mess back there isn't a big deal. Just keep an eye on temps and accessibility.

Fair enough! I guess I should focus on performance instead.
