Is My CPU Bubbled Up or Just Normal?

I just took apart my month-old build and noticed something odd with my CPU. It seems to have bubbly spots around the edges. Is this normal, or is it a sign of something wrong? Here's a link to the image: https://imgur.com/a/AwKri1s

I wouldn't worry too much. From my experience, a lot of folks think they see bubbles, but it’s just how the CPU is manufactured and nothing to stress about.

Thanks for the reassurance! I thought something might be off.

Honestly, it looks totally fine to me! Those bubbly spots are often just the normal sealant or glue used around the capacitors. It's not uncommon to see something like that on CPUs.
