I'm building my first PC and just received my Thermalright Assassin X 120R SE CPU cooler, but I noticed that one of the pipes has a little bend at the end. I did some research and couldn't find anyone mentioning this issue. Other than the bend, I can't see any other problems. Do you think I should send it back, or is this something that won't affect its cooling performance? I'd appreciate any advice!

It's pretty common for the pipes to have some bends where they're sealed, so you shouldn't worry too much about that. It's likely designed that way, and as long as there's no puncture, it should work fine.
It would be helpful if you could post a picture of the cooler. That said, if it's just a minor bend, it’s probably nothing to stress about. But if you're really concerned, reaching out to Thermalright could give you peace of mind.
It's a metal heat pipe, so it's quite durable and won’t just break easily. As long as the performance isn’t affected, you can proceed with your build!
Most manufacturers expect some minor bends at the sealed ends, so it's likely not an issue unless there’s an actual dent or puncture. You should be good to go!
If the heat pipe tip isn't punctured, you don't have anything to worry about. It's not unusual for these components to have slight imperfections. If it cools properly, all's good!
