I have an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor, and I'm trying to figure out if the temperatures I'm experiencing are normal. While playing most games like Counter-Strike and Warframe, the maximum temperature ranges between 60 and 65 degrees Celsius. However, when I play Helldivers 2, the temperature spikes to 82 degrees and remains there. The games run smoothly, but I'm a bit worried about reaching such high temperatures. I don't know much about computer components, but I thought processors shouldn't exceed about 80 degrees. Also, I'm using an Antec Symphony 240 ARGB cooling system. By the way, English isn't my first language, so I apologize for any mistakes!

You might want to check AMD's official site for the specific temperature ranges for your chip. While 80 is high, it might still be safe since it’s not close to the danger zone at 95 degrees. Because it’s running hot, keep an eye out for potential issues down the road.
Your CPU temperature seems fine for the most part, especially under load. But I’d recommend checking your cooling setup. What cooler are you using?
Consider tuning your 9700X for better temperature management. It’s a common issue for processors under load. A little fine-tuning can usually help with performance and keep the temps down!
80 degrees is getting up there, but for the Ryzen 7 9700X, the max temperature is actually 95 degrees. That said, you want to keep it cooler if you can. Consider looking into your cooling system – it might not be effective enough. I had high temps like yours before, and adding two fans to my case helped significantly! Now I max out at 65 degrees.
It's the Antec Symphony 240 ARGB.
