Is My First PC Build Compatible?

Hey everyone! I'm putting together my very first PC build and I want to make sure all the components I've chosen work well together. Here's what I've got:

- **GPU**: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 8Gb Windforce OC ($310)
- **CPU**: Intel Core i5 13400F ($106)
- **Cooler**: iD Cooling SE-224-XTS ARGB ($22)
- **Motherboard**: MSi Pro B760-P ($111)
- **RAM**: Netac Shadow II DDR4 (2x16Gb) ($50)
- **Case**: ZALMAN Z10 Black ($77)
- **SSD**: 1TB ADATA Legend 900 ($69)
- **Power Supply**: 650W Chieftec (BDF650C) ($80)

The total cost comes to about $870. I've checked and everything seems like it should fit, but as this is my first time building, I'd love to hear from more experienced builders about whether this setup is solid for gaming, streaming, and light video editing. My budget was around $800-850, so I'm hoping I made the right choices!

It seems you're aiming for a good balance. Just a heads up: the CPU you picked is decent, but you might want to look at getting a more capable GPU for gaming if you can. Also, consider checking out the new AM5 platforms—they often provide better performance for a similar budget, especially with DDR5 memory.

Thanks! I forgot to mention that I am looking to game and stream, plus do some light video editing. It’s all a bit overwhelming for a first-timer!

You can use PCPartPicker to check compatibility—they'll let you know if any of your parts don't fit together. But it looks like a solid build overall! Just make sure everything fits correctly in the case, as first-time builders can sometimes overlook that. Good luck!

Yeah, I checked that and everything is green, but I wanted to be extra sure!

Are you in the US? I crafted a slightly better build for just a little more money. It includes a more powerful CPU and GPU that should handle gaming and streaming better. Would love to help you optimize your build if you're interested!

I’m actually not from the US, and just the GPU alone would be about $428 here!
