Is My First PC Build Solid for Video Editing and Gaming?

Hey everyone! I'm building my first PC and could really use some feedback on whether my chosen components will last me over 5 years. I plan to edit videos, do some 3D animations in Blender, and play games as well. Here's my parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mn7dKq. I've done a lot of research over the past month and made a few changes, but I'm still a bit anxious about building it. My budget was around $1600, but with RAM prices fluctuating, I'm pretty flexible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the input! I was under the impression that the 7 7700x would be better just because of the higher GHz number, but it’s good to know that model numbers matter too. Also, I didn’t realize the 5070 12GB is better than the 5060 Ti 16GB, so I appreciate the heads-up!

I’d recommend optimizing your build a bit. Check out this list I made: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hgB9b2. You could save a bunch on the RAM and PSU. Spending an extra $70-80 for CL30 RAM isn’t really worth it when you could go for a CL36 kit instead!
