Hey everyone! I'm diving into my first PC build and I'm looking for some advice on whether all the components I'm planning to use are worth it and if they'll work well together. Here's what I've got so far:

- AMD RYZEN 5 9600X TRAY
- ACEGEEK MERCURY R425 PRO (TYPE-C) 7 ARGB FANS WHITE
- G.SKILL RIPJAWS M5 RGB DDR5 32GB (2X16GB) 5600MHZ DESKTOP MEMORY – WHITE
- MSI MAG A850GL WHITE 8500W PCIE5.1 GOLD POWER SUPPLY
- DEEPCOOL AK620 DIGITAL White CPU AIR COOLER
- ASUS PRIME B650M-R AMD AM5 Gaming Motherboard - Black
- ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Twin Edge Graphics Card, 16GB GDDR7
- KINGSTON 1TB SSD M.2 PCIE 4.0 3500 SPEED

Any insights on compatibility or if I might be overspending?

Honestly, an 850W power supply is quite powerful for that build. You might not need that much wattage unless you plan on overclocking or upgrading significantly in the future. It’s good to have some headroom, but it's also important to balance cost. Any idea what the price difference is for a lower wattage power supply?

Yeah, it really depends on how much less you would go with. Something like a 650W or 750W might be more than enough for now.

For sure! And you could save a bit that way too, which could go towards another component.
