For a $2500 build, this looks great! It should handle just about anything you throw at it for the next few years. Just keep an eye on the power supply; while it's good for now, a 1000W PSU might give you more headroom if you plan on upgrading the GPU later. Overall, though, it’s a well-balanced build!
It looks like a solid setup overall! But I'd reconsider the AIO cooler; you could save money and go with something like a thermalright peerless assassin instead. If you do that, you might want to upgrade the GPU to a 5070 Ti or 5080 for better performance. Oh, and definitely take a look at the PSU tier list, aiming for at least an 850W A-rated PSU would be smart.
