I'm looking to put together a budget-friendly gaming PC that can handle recent games at high settings on 1080p or medium settings on 1440p, aiming for at least 60 FPS. I want to try out titles like Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, BF6, and Expedition 33. Additionally, I'm interested in some casual streaming for fun.
Here's what I'm considering for my build:
* AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 6-Core 3.7GHz
* Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB
* 2x16 GB DDR5 6000 CL30
* 1 TB SSD (should I upgrade to 2 TB?)
* be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 650 W 80+ Gold Certified
* ASRock B850M-X Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard
I'd love to know if this setup will meet my gaming needs. Are there any cost-effective upgrades worth considering? I've also been thinking about the AMD Ryzen 5 9600X/9700X or the Nvidia RTX 5060-Ti, but I'm unsure if they're worth the extra cost.

You might want to consider a higher wattage PSU since the 9070XT generally needs about 750-850 Watts. But honestly, for the 9060XT, your current 650W should suffice. I think your overall build is pretty solid if you're focused on keeping the budget down!
Yeah, the 7500F is definitely a decent choice!
If it were me, I'd save some money on the RAM and invest it into getting a better GPU like the 5070 or 9070 for better performance overall. But what you have going looks decent enough for what you're aiming for!
Not really sold on the 7500F; I'd say the 225F is cheaper, faster, and has more cores. But if you're looking long-term, keep in mind that the 7500F might offer a better upgrade path down the line.
Even so, reviews show the 7500F is actually faster in gaming than the 225F.
Different reviews have cited mixed results, though. I’d recommend checking out some benchmarks before you decide!
Forget the advice about the 225F—it’s really not what you need. The 7500F is good enough for gaming.

Right? The 9060XT requires less power, so it should work well with your current setup.
