I'm building my first gaming PC and need some advice! I'm wondering if my current setup will handle 1440p gaming smoothly on high/ultra settings. If not, which parts should I upgrade? Also, if there are any suggestions on how to cut costs without sacrificing quality, I'd love to hear them! Here's the link to my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Jzj2XR

Looks like you're off to a great start! For 1440p gaming, consider upgrading to a better motherboard and a higher quality power supply. Those are pivotal for performance and reliability. Check out this suggestion I made: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GwXb74.

Thanks for the tips! I noticed the suggested motherboard isn't compatible with my CPU, though.

You've got a solid setup for 1440p gaming! Just a heads-up—be sure to check the power supply's ratings. I'd recommend bumping it up to at least 800 watts since you'll likely want to upgrade parts later on. I’ve had a similar experience with my rig where the processor held me back in some titles, so aim for good graphics if that's your focus.

I'll look into changing the PSU because I've heard my current choice isn't the best value. Definitely aiming for great graphics!
