Hey everyone! I've been a console player on the PS5, but I'm finally ready to make the jump to PC gaming. I've always known PCs offer better performance, but the price kept me on consoles. Now, I'm gearing up to build my own gaming PC, and I've gathered my parts. The total cost is around €1137.98 on Amazon. Here's what I've selected:
- **CPU**: Intel Core i5 14600KF
- **GPU**: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 OC 8GB VRAM 128-bit
- **SSD**: SM 990 Pro NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB PCIe 4.0
- **RAM**: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL40
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte Z790 Eagle AX IGA 1700 ATX
- **CPU Cooler**: TR Phantom Spirit 120SE
- **Power Supply**: MARSGAMING MPIII750 ATX 750W, 85% efficiency, modular
- **Case**: MSI MAG Forge 120A Airflow Mid Tower ATX
My aim is to play games at 1080p with a refresh rate of 240Hz, ideally with my Samsung Odyssey G4. I'm not really a fan of AMD components, which is why I opted for Intel and NVIDIA parts. I'm open to feedback, so please let me know if you think this build is worth it or if there are better options!

Your build looks decent for 1080p gaming! However, I lean more toward AMD CPUs these days since they usually offer better price-to-performance ratios. If you're open to it, I'd recommend checking out the AMD 9060XT; it gives you more VRAM at a similar price to the RTX 5060, which really helps in modern gaming.
I’d suggest at least aiming for 12GB of VRAM. The 5060 might feel fast, but 8GB could become limiting for newer games, especially AAA titles. You’ll want RAM with lower CL (try for CL30 instead of CL40) for better performance, and just a heads up, many in the PC community are leaning towards AMD for now. Intel isn't as favored at the moment, especially with their latest gen.

What GPU would you recommend then? I'm seeing the 5060 for around €346, but I'm trying not to go over €370.
