I accidentally installed my motherboard without the standoffs and didn't power on the computer during that time. I've since placed the standoffs back in. Am I in the clear, or should I be worried?

You should be fine! Just be cautious moving forward and check to ensure everything's connected properly.
You mentioned installing it without standoffs, right? Generally, if you didn't turn on the system while it was like that, you should be okay. Just make sure to test everything thoroughly after putting the standoffs in.
As long as you didn't power it on while it lacked standoffs, there's a good chance it's okay. Just make sure those standoffs are in the right places where you have holes for them.
If you managed to reinstall the standoffs without powering anything on, you're probably safe. But do check that they're all properly secured, especially in the middle of the board. It could bend and cause issues if they were missing.
