I recently received my 5090 Aorus Master GPU from a retailer and noticed something odd while inspecting it through the packaging. There appears to be a bent part of the frame along with a crack. Can anyone tell me if this looks like damage? I've linked an image for reference.

Could be shipping damage or maybe it was sold as new when it shouldn't have been. Was the box sealed when you got it?
Yeah, it definitely looks damaged. It might still work, but I'd suggest reaching out for an exchange just to be safe.
Return it right away! Even if it functions now, Gigabyte probably won't cover any warranty claims on a physically damaged item.
I see a crack and a bend too. If I were shelling out that much for a GPU, I'd want it to be in perfect condition. Definitely worth looking into a return.
Looks like New Egg might be up to their old tricks again. Make sure you get this sorted out!
