I'm looking to build my first PC and want to make sure it surpasses my previous high-end setup. Here's what I'm thinking of using: 1. Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 16GB GDDR6X 2. Intel Core i9-1300KF with 24 cores, 36MB cache, running at 5.8 GHz 3. Asus Prime Z790-P motherboard (LGA1700, 4xDDR5, M.2) 4. Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 Pro 360 water cooler 5. Patriot Memory Viper Venom DDR5 RAM (32GB, 5600 MHz) 6. Samsung 990 Pro SSD (2TB) 7. Western Digital Blue HDD (1TB) 8. NZXT H5 Flow 2024 ATX mid tower with 2 included 120mm fans 9. Vetroo 1000W Gold Plus full modular power supply. I'm new to this and would appreciate any feedback on compatibility and performance.

Where's your source for parts? And what's your overall budget? If you're looking around $3000, that opens up some better options. I noticed you have an older 240Hz Alienware monitor; make sure it's compatible with your build. Let's get the most out of your budget!

If I were you, I'd consider a Ryzen X3D CPU and the RTX 5080 or even the 5090 for better performance. Also, faster RAM would be a good idea, so check the AM5 motherboard options. Trust me, for gaming, you won’t need that HDD if you stick with SSDs.

Honestly, some of your parts feel a bit outdated, particularly for a new build. You might want to check compatibility on pcpartpicker.com. Also, HDDs are mostly just for media storage now—I’d skip it for more SSD space instead. By the way, I'd be careful with the Vetroo power supply; it might not be the best choice for a $2000+ PC.
