Is My New PC Build Compatible? Seeking Advice!

Hey everyone! I'm new to PC building and have just bought a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an RX 9070 XT. They say this combo is solid, and I'm using an ASRock B850 Steel Legend motherboard. I've also got an Asus TUF 850 power supply, 32GB of Lexar Thor DDR5 RAM, a 2TB NVMe SSD, and MSI liquid cooling with three fans. I'd love to get your thoughts on the compatibility of these parts. Did I miss anything important, or are there concerns with the RAM? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you're off to a decent start with your build! But it's worth noting that some ASRock motherboards have had issues with Ryzen X3D CPUs. If the shop recommended this combo, I'd suggest double-checking with other sources for advice. Also, depending on what games you play, the Ryzen 9800X3D might be overkill if you're mostly gaming at 1440p, but it should definitely perform well! Just make sure your RAM is compatible with your motherboard's specs.

Oh, I see! I got the RX 9070 XT for 1440p gaming. I spent about $1900 in total, so I hope it’s worth it. Should I consider returning the Ryzen for something cheaper if I'm mostly playing eSports titles?
