I just got a PNY RTX 5070 GPU and I'm wondering if my power supply, a Gigabyte B700H 700w with 80 Plus Bronze efficiency, which is about 8 years old, can handle it. Will it work without issues?

It should have enough power as long as the rest of your setup isn't super inefficient. You might need an 8-pin to 12-pin adapter, but one usually comes with the GPU. However, given that your PSU is 8 years old and considered an E-tier model, it's really time to start thinking about replacing it for better reliability.
In my opinion, it's best to get a new power supply. Yours is likely out of warranty and could fail when running high-demand hardware like the RTX 5070.
You can connect it, but be prepared. You’ll need an adapter for PCIe to 12v. The RTX 5070 should come with one, though. Just to let you know, I used a CX430 PSU for over a decade but never paired it with a GPU until the end, so it never really maxed out. Also, what's your CPU?
Power supplies have improved significantly in the last 8 years. It might work, but I'd advise getting a newer model for your GPU to avoid issues with power spikes, which could lead to sudden shutdowns and potential damage.
