Is My PC Build Good for Gaming?

Hey everyone! I'm new to building PCs and would love some feedback on my part list: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vbXJQd). I plan to use this rig mainly for gaming and possibly recording higher-end games, but I'm not super knowledgeable about parts. Am I missing anything crucial? Any suggestions for better components? I'm trying to keep my budget below $1500.

Your case choice is cool! Just remember, the O11 case doesn’t come with fans, so you’ll need to get some to keep your system cool. Based on your configuration, you might want to consider adding at least two 120mm intake fans for better airflow. Alternatively, you could check out other cases that come with fans included, which might fit better within your budget—as fans can add up!

Got it! I was considering this case: [Montech Air 903](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rBTZxr/montech-air-903-base-atx-mid-tower-case-air-903-base-w). Would I need extra fans with that?

It’s great that you’re eager to build your first PC! Before diving into the parts, make sure to double-check the CPU. I've heard mixed reviews about the one you've chosen; it might not be the best option for gaming. Intel isn't really favored for gaming builds right now, so consider looking into AMD options instead. They often provide better performance for gaming at similar price points. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip! I can look into AMD options. What CPU would you recommend?
