Hey everyone! I'm trying to figure out if my current gaming setup can handle 4K gaming at high settings. Here's what I've got: an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 CPU, an ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB GDDR6 OC Edition graphics card, an ASUS TUF Gaming B650M-E WiFi DDR5 motherboard, a Thermalright TB-650S power supply, 16GB of DDR5 Kingston RAM running at 5200, a Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1TB SSD, and an Xigmatek Alphard Micro ATX case. I mainly play RPGs like Baldur's Gate 3 and Octopath Traveler, along with some simulation and farming games. Any insights on whether this build can give me a solid 4K gaming experience?

Check out some benchmarks before diving into 4K gaming. This [benchmark](https://www.techpowerup.com/review/sapphire-radeon-rx-9060-xt-pulse-oc/15.html) can give you a better idea of what your card can really handle.
Your build won’t handle native 4K well, but upscaling really does improve the experience significantly, even on medium/high settings. Just adjust your expectations a bit!
If you're playing something like Baldur's Gate 3, expect around 50fps at 4K, but for Black Myth: Wukong, it might drop to about 16fps. The RX 9060 XT is mainly a 1440p card, so just keep that in mind!
Unfortunately, this build won't deliver a great experience at native 4K. You'll likely see very low frame rates, especially in demanding games. It sounds like upscaling might be your friend here!
Yeah, I saw a review where they used upscaling in games and it looked pretty good. I hope to get decent performance with medium to high settings, so that eases my mind a bit!
Thanks for the confirmation! I felt the same after watching some gameplay on YouTube. Upscaling makes a huge difference, so I should be fine.
