Your build looks pretty solid, but just a heads up about the power supply - there's no native 12v 2x6 connector on that model. You might want to reconsider the PSU to ensure it supports all your parts effectively.
Yeah, definitely check that out. A 1200w might be overkill, but it’s always better to have a bit of headroom.
Honestly, I think your build is a bit over the top. You could save a chunk of change by switching some parts. An air cooler would perform just as well as that AIO you’re eyeing, and you could easily get away with a cheaper motherboard. Plus, 64 GB of RAM is really a lot; 32 GB would be more than enough. About your storage, installing the OS on a separate drive isn't really necessary either. I'd recommend looking at alternative parts that won't compromise performance but will save you some money.
