I'm trying to figure out if my PC build is solid. Here are the specs:
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- **GPU:** Gigabyte RTX 5070 Gaming OC
- **Motherboard:** MSI PRO X870-P WiFi
- **RAM:** 32GB DDR5 6000MHz (2x16GB)
- **Storage:** WD Black SN850X 1TB NVMe SSD
- **Cooler:** DeepCool LE360 V2 A-RGB 360mm AIO (used)
- **PSU:** DeepCool 1000W (used)
- **Case:** Lian Li V100 Mid Tower (with 4 preinstalled ARGB fans)
The total cost is around $1,777. Looking for feedback on whether this is a good setup or if I should make any adjustments!

Honestly, it looks good to me! Just a heads-up, I wouldn’t recommend going for a used PSU unless you know its history. Is this build finalized, or are you still making adjustments?
I think your PSU is a bit of an overkill. A new 850W power supply from brands like EVGA should be more than sufficient. Also, you might want to check the price on 9070 and 9070 XT graphics cards, as they tend to offer better performance for a similar price range.
A lot of people have found that disabling resizable BAR helped their performance in certain games, so keep that in mind when tweaking settings!
It's a great setup! Just keep in mind that the motherboard seems a bit excessive. You might get a B850 with PCIe 5 support and save some cash for a better GPU or storage.
Prices here are really inflated; those components shoot up for sure!
Your build looks pretty solid overall! However, you might save some cash by opting for a less expensive motherboard. If your budget allows, consider upgrading to the RTX 5070 Ti instead—it'll give you a better performance.
In my country, the 5070 Ti is about $400 more than the 5070!
Your specs look good from a technical perspective, but I’m curious about your RAM setup—are you using EXPO? Also, the motherboard is indeed a bit over the top for what you need.
When you say the CPU dwarfs the GPU, do you mean the GPU would bottleneck? I noticed that the 7800X3D isn’t too far from the 7500X3D price-wise!

It's still just a planned build, though I’ve already purchased the RAM and GPU.
