I've compiled my PC build list based on a lot of feedback from different sources, and it feels pretty solid overall. However, with so many varying opinions out there, I'm concerned I might have missed something important or included an item that's not great quality. I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this list! Here's the link to the build: https://newegg.io/fcc7e8e8.

Just make sure your GPU and cooler fit in the case without issues! The specs look good, but double-checking never hurts.
You could definitely save some cash without sacrificing performance! For example, swapping in the Phantom Spirit CPU cooler and some different RAM could save you nearly $250 and still give you great results overall. Plus, shopping around can lead to better deals than sticking solely with Newegg.
It might be worth investing a bit more into a quality monitor. Have you checked out the AOC mini LED? It's got great brightness and response times, which could really enhance your gaming experience.
What’s really the advantage of mini-LED? Is it just the brightness, or does it affect color accuracy as well?
Have you considered whether the benefits of the 5070 Ti justify its price over the 9070 XT? If you're set on high performance, it might be worth it, but some think you can get a similar performance without paying so much.
I've heard the 5070 Ti has better software support compared to AMD, which could make a difference if you're gaming or using specific applications.
You might find better value in a prebuilt system with similar specs for a lot less, especially if you’re in Canada. That could save you money while providing a warranty, too.
I live in Canada and prefer microATX, so I'm not sure which prebuilt would work best for me. I'm open to suggestions!

The GPU is 304mm and the case supports up to 430mm, while the cooler has a clearance of 167mm. Sounds like you should be fine!
