Is My PC Parts List Good Enough for Gaming and Video Editing?

I've been lurking for a while and I'm about to build my first PC. I've done some research, but I'm hitting a wall—especially when it comes to picking a motherboard. I'd really appreciate your thoughts on my current parts list: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/jdm3pK. I mostly want to play Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and do some general 1440p gaming, along with video editing. Prices are in Canadian dollars. I usually prefer Intel and Nvidia due to past experiences, but I'm open to AMD if the value is there. I'm looking for the best bang for my buck, willing to spend a bit more for future-proofing, but also want to avoid overpaying if I don't have to. Let me know if you have any suggestions or need more info!

Just a heads up, the P3 Plus SSD you’re considering uses QLC flash, which is less durable and gets slower over time. You might want to check out drives with TLC flash like the WD Blue SN5000 or TeamGroup MP44L. They tend to offer better durability at a lower price.

Thanks for the tip! I wasn't aware of that. I'll definitely look into TLC flash. Any other SSD features I should keep an eye out for?

Are you focusing more on performance or resolution? It sounds like you might be leaning towards performance, especially since you've dealt with FPS drops before. If that's the case, optimizing for performance could be the way to go, even if it means dropping some resolution to 1080p for smoother gameplay.

Yeah, I definitely want performance since I've experienced those FPS drops. I’m okay with sacrificing some resolution if it helps!
