I'm excited to build my first PC and have made a parts list with some help. I'm mainly looking to use this PC for competitive gaming and video editing. Here's the link to my parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zWbZTM. I'd love some feedback on whether it's a solid list or if there are any improvements I should consider!

It's hard to give good advice without knowing your exact use case, but I've seen a few parts on your list that might not be the best choice. Maybe consider sharing more about what you plan to do with the PC? That way we can give better suggestions!

What exactly will you be using this PC for? Your motherboard might be a bit too advanced for what you need. A B650 could give you the same performance at a lower cost. As for the GPU, keep an eye on prices; you may want to consider the current generation like the 9070xt or 5070ti since supply is better now. And for the CPU, the one you've picked is decent for both gaming and productivity, but if it’s around the same price, you might want to go for the 9800X3D. Lastly, consider RAM with 6000 CL30 for better performance instead of what you currently have.

Yeah, I've seen B650 boards offering great value without losing performance. Good call on the GPU too; prices have definitely been more reasonable!
