Is My PWM Fan Working Properly?

I just built a new PC and I'm using a SATA-powered ARGB hub to manage my fans. I'm trying to figure out if the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) functionality is working because I can't see the fan speed displayed anywhere. When I switch from DC to PWM in the BIOS, I notice a significant slowdown in the fans. Does that indicate PWM is functioning correctly? Also, I'm puzzled about why the RPM isn't showing up at all, especially since my fans are daisy-chained together.

When you daisy-chain fans, typically only one of them can send the RPM signal to the motherboard. This means you may not see RPM readings from all fans, just one. It’d be helpful if you could share the models of your fans and hub, along with how you’ve got them linked to your motherboard.

I found the fan and hub links: Amazon fan link - ShakingTank ARGB PWM Fan, and Phanteks M25 140 mm fan. That makes sense! So, should I expect to see RPM readings from at least one fan, or does daisy-chaining block that?
