Is my Ryzen 7 9800X3D overheating?

I just built my new PC with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and I'm using a Be Quiet! Pure Rock 3 cooler. I've noticed that my CPU hits 95 degrees Celsius under heavy load when I'm playing games like Europa Universalis IV and League of Legends at the same time. When I only play one of the games, it stays around 85 degrees. Should I be concerned about these temperatures?

It sounds like that cooler might not be enough for such a hot CPU. At 95 degrees, it will start to thermal throttle, meaning it will slow down to avoid damage. You could check your case airflow and fan configuration too—they can make a big difference in cooling.
