Has anyone else experienced issues with Office 2019 this morning? My authentication just keeps looping. I know Office 2019 is out of support, but it was working fine up until now. I haven't transitioned everyone to Microsoft 365 apps yet.

We've had the same issue! We had to switch all our users to the new Outlook. Tried using the Outlook repair tool and disabling add-ins, but nothing worked unfortunately.
Yeah, Office 2019 is officially deprecated for connection to Exchange Online as of October 2025. We decided to upgrade to Office 2024 LTSC and Microsoft 365 because of this.
We’re actually on Office 2021 LTSC, and our users are also facing issues with Outlook. It seems like problems aren't limited to 2019.
It’s true—they dropped support for Office 2019 back in 2023. You can check the official docs for more info on connectivity issues. At this point, it’s best to look into upgrading.
We have a mix of Office 2019 and O365 users. It's a slow move to O365, but some of our users still prefer 2019. We haven't faced issues yet, but I sense they might arise as support ends. Eventually, we'll upgrade to 2021 or higher, but costs are a concern.
Just a heads up, Office 2019 is out of support. I read that it might be related to the Teams add-in for Outlook. Some say to uninstall it or run the online repair, but no luck for me either this morning. I'll post here if I find any fix.
