I'm building my first custom PC and I've chosen a Ryzen 5 7600x paired with an RTX 5060 8GB. So far, I haven't found many examples of this specific combo online, and I'm curious to know if it's a good choice or not. My primary use will be for Full HD gaming, and I'm aiming to keep my budget around $850. I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice on this build! Have you already bought these parts, or are you still in the selection phase? I can offer some insight, but I have a couple of questions first. Do you live close to a Microcenter? Also, what frame rate and resolution are you hoping to hit while gaming?

I haven’t bought anything yet; I'm still weighing my options. To answer your questions: No, I don’t have a Microcenter nearby, and I’m targeting 1080p with around 60-70 fps on high settings, though I'm fine with anything that's playable.

It’s hard to say if your case and motherboard will fit the budget without their prices, but you might want to look into upgrading those. I found a build that has a better motherboard and more RAM, which could help your performance. If you're considering switching to a modular PSU, just know it might add around $20 to the price.
