I'm looking to build a gaming PC that can handle 1440p gaming at high or ultra settings and maintain at least 60 FPS in most current AAA games. I've come across a 3080 Ti priced at around $400, and from my research, it seems to have solid performance for 1440p gaming. I'm not really interested in features like Frame Generation, so I'm mostly focused on raw performance. My total budget for the build, excluding peripherals, is between $1000 and $1100. Does this GPU fit well into my budget, or would you suggest I consider other options instead?

If you have a power supply that can handle it and good cooling, the 3080 Ti for $400 is a fantastic deal, at least in my area. A lot of newer cards are priced way higher due to market conditions, so it's hard to beat that value.
I used a 3080 Ti on both 3440x1440 and 5120x2160 up until recently. It performed great at 3440x1440 and did pretty well at the higher resolution too. For 1440p, it's still a solid choice, especially if you're not keen on using Frame Generation.

lol good luck taking Frame Generation to court!
