I'm considering upgrading from my Ryzen 3600 and found the 5700X for just 30€ more than the 5600X. I mainly use my PC for gaming and some multitasking with dual monitors. Is the 5700X worth the additional cost, given my usage?

If the price difference is only 30€, I wouldn’t hesitate—just go for the 5700X! It’s a nice upgrade for such a small bump in price.
I would definitely spend the extra 30€. Having that extra overhead is great for future-proofing your setup. It’s just a good investment!
The real-world performance gap isn’t massive, but for 30€ more, it’s hard to argue against the 5700X. More cores definitely help in some games, especially newer titles like Cyberpunk or when multitasking. So if it’s only 30€, go ahead!
Honestly, I wouldn’t spend the extra cash for such a slight upgrade. The performance leap isn’t huge, so unless you really need those extra cores, the 5600X should suffice.
Exactly! Some games and heavy multitasking situations can really benefit from more cores. If you play demanding games, it’s worth the premium.
