Hey everyone! I hope this isn't a silly question, but I've heard some concerns regarding the compatibility of the 7800X3D CPU with ASUS motherboards. I currently have an ASUS Gaming B650-PLUS, and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to switch to this CPU. Any insights would be appreciated!

As long as you've updated your BIOS, you should have no problems. The original issue was with an earlier BIOS that supplied too much voltage. I've got one of the older boards myself, and both my 7800X3D and 9800X3D have been running perfectly after the update!
That concern mostly stemmed from early versions of ASUS boards, but those issues have been addressed with newer hardware revisions and BIOS updates. You should be good to go!
