Is the AMD bundle at Microcenter still a good deal despite the price increase?

I was planning to grab the AMD 7700x bundle with 32GB of RAM, but I just saw it jumped from $370 to $400. The 7600x with 16GB is now $280 instead of $270. I'm wondering if despite this $30 hike, these bundles are still worth it. It feels a bit frustrating to think I'm paying more for something that was originally cheaper.

Honestly, an extra $30 isn't that big of a deal when it comes to building a PC. Those bundles are still a fantastic value! Normally, you’d be spending around $500 to $600 for a 7700x setup on its own, so even with the price hike, it’s worth considering.

The value is still decent, but if you have to drive a long way, it might not be worth it. I found a bundle on Newegg for $409 which includes the 7700x, a B850 motherboard, and an AIO cooler. Yes, the RAM in the Microcenter bundles is pretty good, but the differences in motherboards might make Newegg a better option if you're not close to Microcenter.

I’m skipping the Microcenter trip since it's an hour away. I found this Newegg combo that looks solid, plus I can get everything I need without the hassle of a long drive. Just linking it, in case it helps anyone: [Newegg Bundle](https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4817912). Only the 9800x3d bundle would make the drive worth it for me.

$400 for the 7700x is what it used to be a few months back, and it was a steal then. These bundles are practically at employee pricing. I went for the 7800x3d bundle for $500 during a sale, and it was totally worth it.

You might want to check PCPartPicker to compare prices on similar parts from other retailers. It'll give you a clearer idea of the overall value.
