I found an ASRock 9070 16GB graphics card available for $499 at Micro Center. This seems quite a bit cheaper compared to other 9070s, which typically range from $700 to $800. I'm intrigued, especially since this one has a triple fan setup. Can anyone tell me if this is a good deal or why it's priced lower?

That price is pretty solid! You're looking at around 5-10% less performance compared to the 9070 XT, but it's definitely about 20% cheaper. I own the ASRock 9070 XT and have been really happy with its performance and cooling.
