Is the ASUS RTX 5060 a Good Graphics Card Upgrade for Under £300?

I'm on the hunt for a new graphics card for Christmas and have my eye on the ASUS RTX 5060, which I can get for around £230. However, I'm not super familiar with PC building and I'm uncertain if it would work well with my current setup. I currently have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, 32GB of RAM, and I'm upgrading from an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660. If you have any recommendations for cards under £300, I'd love to hear them! Thanks a lot!

Definitely check out the 9060 XT at £300. It's about 10% faster than the 5060, plus it comes with 16GB of VRAM, which is key for future-proofing. You'll want that extra VRAM for newer games!

I get that going from 1660 to 5060 is a big upgrade, but is 8GB VRAM really insufficient for current games?

You should consider the 9060 XT instead, as it's going for £300 right now. It's a better deal overall!

Just make sure it's the 16GB version!
