I just picked up an ASUS TUF B650EM-PLUS WIFI motherboard along with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, and I'm a bit anxious about whether the motherboard can handle the CPU well. I'm not planning on overclocking, but I want to know if there's a chance the motherboard could bottleneck the CPU or cause issues during demanding tasks. I appreciate any insights you can provide!

I’ve been using the 9800X3D with the TUF B650M-Plus WiFi for over a year now, and it works flawlessly. No high temp issues at all. You should be set!
I've got to say, this motherboard is pretty solid! It can easily handle the Ryzen 7 9800X3D without any issues. You should be good for any demanding tasks. Have fun building!
