Is the buzzing noise from my new RX 6600 normal?

I recently bought a brand new RX 6600 GPU, which maxed out my budget. At first, I noticed a buzzing noise that I thought might be coming from my AMD Wraith cooler. After I replaced the cooler with a Jonsbo one, I realized the noise is actually from the GPU itself. I'm wondering if this is typical coil whine or something worrisome. If it's just coil whine, can I ignore it? If it's not, should I consider returning or exchanging it? Here's a link to a short video of the noise: https://youtube.com/shorts/obfokXSQ3bM?si=VT505Wkxj3CHD-mc

That buzzing noise is definitely coming from your graphics card. Don't worry too much; almost all GPUs have some coil whine these days. Usually, the sound will reduce over time as the coils settle, and you’ll get used to it. A good tip is to cap your FPS and try undervolting your GPU to minimize the noise.

Coil whine is pretty much standard for modern graphics cards. GPUs eat up a lot of power, and while it used to be seen as a bad sign, it’s just how they are built now. You can mitigate it by undervolting or lowering your graphics settings, especially keeping the FPS below 60.

If the GPU is less than two weeks old, you might be anxious, but coil whine can happen with newer models too. It’s worth double-checking with the manual if there are any specific warnings about it, but from what I see, it sounds normal.
