Hey everyone! I'm curious if the Deepcool AG500 Digital WH can effectively keep the Ryzen 7 7800X3D cool. Also, what's considered a safe temperature for this CPU when it's under load?

My Phantom Spirit cooler does a great job with my 9800X3D, especially when undervolted. I believe the AG500 is a single fan cooler, right? It should still work well if you’ve got decent airflow in your case.

Yeah, the AG500 should be able to handle the Ryzen 7 7800X3D pretty well. I’d suggest keeping an eye on the temps though; 89°C is where the CPU starts throttling, so you’ll want to stay under 80°C under load. I've heard good things about the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE as a better option if you want even cooler temps. One friend got around 70-75°C in Cinebench on that cooler. Also, undervolting the 7800X3D can help—try around -15mV to start!

Absolutely! I switched coolers after trying a few, and that one worked wonders for me.

You should check the TDP ratings. The AG500 can handle over 200W, while the 7800X3D only draws about 120W, so you're in the clear! It should work perfectly fine with the right airflow.

As long as your case has good airflow, the AG500 should manage the 7800X3D without issues!
