I've been running an Intel i5 10600k with 16GB DDR4 RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, and I'm looking to upgrade. I'm contemplating the HP OMEN 35L Gaming Desktop with an AMD Ryzen 7 8700F, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and an RTX 5070. I've heard it's easy to upgrade compared to similar prebuilt systems, though I noticed the 8700F doesn't have V-cache like the 8000 series. With RAM prices being so unpredictable lately, does this system seem like a good investment? I haven't found much discussion about it in my usual PC deal communities. Any thoughts or advice?

The Ryzen 7 8700F doesn’t feature V-cache, which is available on the X3D models. While it's a decent CPU, it has less gaming performance compared to the Ryzen 7700. You're also in a tricky price range; building might be similar once you factor in the cost of RAM, CPU, GPU, and other components.

Should I just stick with my current setup and upgrade it bit by bit instead?
