Hey everyone! I've come across some discussions where people refer to the Vanguard RTX 5090 SOC as a 'low-budget' GPU. I'm trying to understand if that's actually true. I own one, but I'm not super familiar with how it compares to the SUPRIM model. Could someone shed some light on whether they are similar in fan design and PCB, or how they stack up against each other?

The Vanguard is a solid card! It's quite comparable to the SUPRIM and Gaming Trio models. I have the Gaming Trio version, and it's been incredible—running 4K at 120 FPS without a hitch. You won’t be disappointed with the Vanguard either!

Honestly, calling the RTX 5090 a low-budget GPU is kind of ridiculous. It's an expensive, high-end card! All models in the 5080 and 5090 range are premium, and the performance differences between them are minimal—usually just a few percentage points. You can tweak settings and get the same results regardless of the brand if you've got decent cooling. Sure, there are fancy models with absurdly high power requirements, but those are mostly for show rather than practical use.

It's pretty wild to categorize the most expensive gaming GPU as low-budget. The Vanguard SOC falls in the middle tier of MSI's 5090 lineup. Interestingly, it actually outperforms more pricey models from other brands like Asus, especially for overclocking and temperature management.
