I've been trying to build my PC and previously bought an ASRock Steel Legend White for 47,000 INR. Unfortunately, I ran into some issues with it and returned it to my vendor. Now, after waiting for 1.5 months, he says that the only available option is the Phantom Gaming Black 7800XT with a three-fan setup. I've asked about getting a refund for the Steel Legend, but he mentioned it would take two months. I want to know if I should go for this Phantom Gaming GPU. Is this brand reliable in terms of cooling and performance? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You're looking at GPUs, right? I ask because the ASRock Steel Legend is also a motherboard, and ASRock is having some issues with their boards currently. But don't stress too much—the Phantom Gaming Black is a solid cooler for the 7800XT. I doubt you'll face any major issues with it. If any problems pop up, it’s probably due to other components, not this GPU. I'd say go for it!

Yeah, it's definitely a good cooler. Plus, if you're getting the Phantom for 45k, that’s not a bad deal at all compared to what you paid for the ASRock. You’re not getting ripped off! As for the extra cash you spent on the Steel Legend, it might be tough to get compensated for that, but it’s worth asking your vendor about it.
