I'm considering the RX 6650XT graphics card to go with an Intel i3 12100F CPU. I know the CPU isn't the best out there, but I'm building this system on a budget. I want to make sure that the RX 6650XT will perform well with this setup, especially since this is my first build. What are your thoughts on its performance?

I run a 3060 with an R5 3600 and have good results at 1080p. Your setup with the i3 and RX 6650XT will actually be around 10% faster than mine, so you should be in good shape!
This card performs really well at 1080p ultra settings, and it can manage quite a bit at 1440p if you dial back some settings to medium. I was pulling over 60 fps on high settings in titles like Hogwarts Legacy and over 140 fps in WoW at 1440p ultra! If you find it for around $150, that’s a steal!
The RX 6650XT should work well with the i3 12100F, especially if you keep the limitations of your budget build in mind. Just know that you might not get the ultimate performance out of it, but it's a solid choice for budgeting gamers.
I had the 6650XT before upgrading and it was awesome for 1080p gaming! At 1440p, though, it struggles a bit. If you're curious about specific games, you can easily find reviews on YouTube that showcase its performance.
