I'm considering whether to pair an RX 7600 8GB with my Ryzen 7 5700X for gaming at 1080p. I've noticed that the RTX 4060 is about 30% more expensive, while the RX 6750 XT is also around 30% more. The RX 7600 XT costs about 35% more, and the RX 6700 XT is around 27% extra. Do you think the RX 7600 is a solid choice for this setup, and what kind of performance can I expect?

If you're gaming at 1080p, the RX 7600 should perform well. I've got the same setup, and while it runs most games smoothly, you might want to check specific titles for FPS. It feels like a great budget option for hitting that 60fps mark in many popular games!
Have you considered the Intel ARC options? The A750 is quite competitive with the RX 7600 and wins in some games. If you can find it at a lower price, it might be worth checking out. The A770 is also a good contender against the RX 7600 XT and RTX 4060 if you run into deals.
Yeah, it can be, but if it goes on sale, it might be a good investment!
I have an RX 7600 with a Ryzen 5 5600, and while it handles games fine, I'd advise considering a card with at least 12GB of VRAM. Some newer games can be quite demanding, and you might find the performance lacking in the long run. I've run into issues where certain titles exceed 8GB, causing crashes at high settings. A future upgrade could be wise!
But isn't the A770 more pricey than the RX 7600?
