Is the RX 7800 XT a Solid Choice for 2025 Gaming?

I'm in Bangladesh, and I'm considering getting the RX 7800 XT for around 71k Taka (about $580). I aim for 1440p gaming, but I'm a bit hesitant since features like FSR 4 and Frame Generation (FG) are exclusive to the new 9000 series. There's also the RX 9060 XT at 55k Taka ($448), which is tempting but doesn't quite cut it for my performance needs at 1440p. Then there's the RX 9070 XT for 100k Taka ($815), but that's out of my budget. What should I do?

How much is the non-XT version of the 9070? I've heard it can outperform the 7800 XT and is often cheaper than the XT models.

Honestly, I'd choose the 7800 XT over the 9060 XT any day. It outperforms it in a lot of scenarios!

Why's that? Aren't their performance stats pretty close?

I have the 7800 XT, and it's an incredible GPU! Plus, don't forget it also supports Frame Generation!

If you're looking at alternatives, I have a 4070 Super on my wishlist for 1440p. They're still available for about $700 here. Might be worth considering!

You should just wait for the 5070; it'll probably be a better option!

I picked up a 7800 XT a few months ago, and honestly, you might not even care about FSR 4 down the road. Go for the 7800 XT; its raw performance is going to be what you value in the long run!

What if a game has issues with raster? You can still use FSR 3, but I've heard it doesn't look great.
