I'm considering upgrading to the RX 9060 since it looks like it could really boost my performance. Currently, I have a 6650 XT, and benchmarks show the 9060 could double my output. I've found a few available for $350 at my nearest Micro Center, which seems like a decent price for a 16GB GPU. However, I'm wondering if it will be compatible with my existing setup, which includes a Ryzen 5700 processor, a 600W PSU, and a B550 motherboard.

Your Ryzen 5700 will still perform decently with the 9060, even if it's a bit limited by its L3 cache. You should see some good improvements in overall performance, though.
Seems like there’s some confusion! The RX 9060 only comes in 8GB variants, but if you're thinking about the RX 9060 Ti that has 16GB, it might be more than $350. Don't mix up the names, though!
Exactly! Just make sure you're looking at the correct model. There's definitely no RX 9060 in the lineup.
The RX 9060 is a solid upgrade! Since the 6650 XT has a similar power draw, it should work well with your current system.
Yes, your build is fully compatible with the RX 9060. Most GPUs released over the last twenty years will work with your setup without any issues, barring any future models that might require different connectors.
Definitely a good choice! Just make sure you go for the 16GB model. It should fit well with the rest of your setup. If you don't have it yet, upgrading to at least 32GB of RAM at 3200MHz would be a great move, too, especially for future-proofing your system.
Yeah, there's no RX 9060. That's mostly due to the way AMD names their GPUs, so just double-check what you're buying! The conversation here is mostly about the RX 9060 XT.
