I'm currently putting together a PC build and I'm considering the Ryzen 7 5800X combined with an RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB of RAM, plus a 32GB RAM setup overall. My motherboard option is the A520M-Plus II. I also have the Phantom Spirit cooler—do you think that will be sufficient for the CPU?

The combination you have should work nicely, and the Phantom Spirit cooler is adequate. I use a 5800X with that cooler and have paired it with a 6800XT 16GB. If your budget allows, have you thought about going for the 7500F or 7600(X)? I really recommend aiming for AM5 for better performance and future-proofing.

Thanks for the input! I checked those options out and it looks like I can fit one of them into my budget. Could you share more about how your cooler performs?

That pairing is not bad, but honestly, I’m hesitant to recommend sticking with the AM4 platform unless you already have some components in hand. What’s your budget looking like? If you can share more about where you are located, I might have some better suggestions for you!
